The positive youth development approach anchors KF Youth Development Initiative's theory of change.
Positive youth development “engages youth along with their families, communities and/or governments so that youth are empowered to reach their full potential."
Positive youth development approaches build skills, assets and competencies; foster healthy relationships; strengthen the environment; and transform systems.
This will be achieved by creating a virtual youth hub that will commence with a cohort of 30 as the maiden KF Youth Development Initiative Fellows.
